Golf in St. Andrews

St Andrews is known the world over as the golfing mecca. There are five full courses to suit golfers of all abilities - the Old Course, the New, the Jubilee, the Eden and the Strathtyrum . The sixth course, the Balgove, is a nine-hole course primarily for children and beginners.

Within a 15-mile radius of St Andrews there are a number of world-class courses- Kingsbarns, Crail, Lundin Links, Scotscraig, Ladybank, Downfield, Carnoustie and a host of others.

Our reception staff can help arrange golf, subject to availability, and the hire of equipment. Residential golfing breaks are available, subject to availability of golf and accommodation. It's frequently very busy, especially during high season, so early booking is advisable!
